On the second Sunday of every month, a portion of the 2nd floor counter of City Hall Building No. 1 will be open.
Please note that procedures related to the My Number Card will not be available on Sunday, October 8, 2023 (（ Sunday ）). Procedures related to issuance of various certificates, seal registration, national health insurance, and national pension will be handled as usual.
Please note that a window will be open on October 15 （ and Sunday ） only for procedures related to the My Number Card. （ However, other services cannot be handled. ）
