バーベキューや焼き肉などでお肉を食べることが多い時期です。

○「新鮮だから安全」ではありません
少量の菌でも食中毒の原因になることがあるため、新鮮なお肉であっても、十分加熱せずに食べると、食中毒になることがあります。

○「はし」の使い分けをしましょう。
○肉汁(ドリップ)等の付着に注意しましょう。
○生肉を触った後は、手を洗いましょう。
